    The TOP ELEBOX-H seriescc household lithium batteries adopt a fully automatic thermal management system, CTP no-module technology, high-efficiency heat pump heating technology, and aluminum alloy body design, which will expand the working temperature range of the battery, increase the consistency between battery cells, and achieve a more flexible appearance design.       TOPCHARGE's self-developed lithium battery thermal management system (BTMS) is mainly a lithium battery temperature control technology system that uses circulating liquid as the medium for heat exchange.

      1. Equipped with dual functons of heatng at low temperature and cooling at high temperature, the working environment of the batery is expanded to -20 ℃ to 60 ℃.

      2. Accurately control all batery cells to operate at the optmal operatng temperature of 10 ℃ -35 ℃ at all tmes.

      3. The temperature difference between batery cells is accurately controlled within 2 ℃.

      4. Advanced and efficient heat pump heatng technology, with a heatng efficiency three tmes that of traditonal PTC electric heatng films,achieving ultra-low energy consumpton.

      5. Independently developed silicone foam insulaton technology reduces internal open space, has high temperature control efficiency and good effect, reduces losses, and is safe and efficient.

      CTP Technology

      The CTP technology (Cell To Pack) of TOPCHARGE household energy storage lithium bateries directly integrates the batery cells into a batery pack, subtractng the module link, forming a non module form, which improves the overall energy density. The batery thickness is only 18cm, significantly reducing the volume and failure rate compared to domestc high-voltage stacked lithium batery products on the market, greatly improving safety, and having no wiring harness and connector connectons between modules, making the structure simpler, Installaton is extremely convenient, while also reducing the weight of the batery pack.
